In between conference calls with NYC editors and writing deadlines, I glance at the fridge and wonder: How hard would it be to make homemade brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts?

Turns out, not that hard.

One Trader Joe’s pie crust cut into rectangles plus brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little egg wash…350F in the oven for 20 minutes, and I have instant comfort food!

Now back to writing.
