I had the honor of telling my story on American Public Media’s award-winning podcast, Terrible, Thanks for Asking with Nora McInerny. In the episode titled, “Don’t You Want Somebody to Take Care of You?” I talk about the long-tail effects of being a caregiver at a very young age, a parentified child, and how I set boundaries and learned to take care of myself.

I can’t tell you how nice it was to hear someone say many of the things I’ve never said. I don’t know what more to say except thank you.
